The Catholic Committee on Scouting Archdiocese of Los Angeles (CCSALA) sponsored the 19th Annual Scout Retreat on October 1-3, 2010, at Veterans Park in Sylmar, CA.

Each of the 450 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crew Members, parents and adult leaders received a special Retreat XIX patch featuring the theme "Commitment" and the Patron Saint Mary.

Each of the 425 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crew Members, parents and adult leaders received a special Retreat XVIII patch featuring the theme "Truth" and the Patron Saint Dominic.

Each of the 300 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crew Members, parents and adult leaders received a special Retreat XVII patch featuring the theme Service and the Patron Saint John Bosco. T-Shirts with the Retreat Patch were also avaiable for purchase.

Each of the 400 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crew Members, parents and adult leaders received a special Retreat XVI patch featuring the theme Perseverance and the Patron Saint Monica.

The Catholic Committee on Scouting for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles conducted its 15^th annual scout retreat on October 6-8, 2006, at Veterans Park in Sylmar, California. 572 scouts and scouters attended the 2-day/2-night event, which is the second highest attendance ever.
